Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Dream Catcher Production House for your film preview needs. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following booking policy for our preview theatre: Advance Booking: Book your preview theatre in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Booking Confirmation: Once you select your preferred timing, your booking will be confirmed via email. Please retain the confirmation for your records. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled preview time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a fee. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled preview time. This allows for any necessary preparations and ensures a punctual start. Guests and Attendees: You are welcome to bring guests to your preview, but please adhere to the seating capacity of the theatre. Notify us in advance if you plan to bring a large group. Food and Beverages: Our theatre has a strict no outside food and beverage policy. However, we offer a selection of refreshments for purchase on-site. Theatre Etiquette: We ask that you respect the theatre and fellow attendees by maintaining a professional and quiet atmosphere during the preview. Liability: Dream Catcher Production House is not liable for any personal belongings left unattended in the theatre. Please keep your belongings secure.
